Russell is indeed building a foundation for a Championship in the future as he continually handles a miss-handling car and he seldom bitches about it in public unlike his prima donna stablemate. I suspect he will eventually meander into Podium finishing range and then start winning races because he is very consistent, fast, and smooth.
