#1. Jags. Foles has already won a Super Bowl, Jags O weapons could get healthy, no dominant team in division, could in theory have the #1 overall defense but certainly top 5.

Browns, Steelers, Falcons and Packers would round out my top 5.

Browns are way too obvious as an answer. They got the pieces, in theory, on both sides of the ball. Probably won't all gel for a SB run, but they'll likely be a playoff team in what looks like a soft AFCN.

They can score points and if their D gets it together, they'll be a tough out. I'm not sold on Cleveland until what we see on the field.

I am high a little bit. I think Cleveland will take the North because I dont trust Ravens and the Steelers go through hot and cold stages. Right now be a cold stage, they'll be back in a year or 2.

Another reason the Steelers get it together that I forgot to point out were the distractions from Bell and AB are gone. Ravens I don't think get to .500 and Cleveland who seems talented, I have to see them play under the new system.
