he had a good career and made a good push in the 2020 season.

Now he can go and spend time with his 15 children.

Thanks for the memories, Laser Face.

So how many more children do you think he will have now that he is retired?

I'm glad to see this, it's time. I didn't like him, I tend to not root for assholes, but I always admired his accuracy. He isn't first ballot but IMO he is HOF worthy.

So now what for Indy? That's the big question. I can't see making a play for Watson. Houston not likely to trade him to a division rival.
Wentz? Maybe Reich can fix him and have success but Philly brass seems to want to keep him. A lot of things outside the lines there.
Go back to Brissett, already proved they can't win that way.
Darnold maybe? If the Jets are planning to draft Fields or Wilson.
Stafford, if available. Could cost a lot but maybe the best fit.
Or trade up to see if they can draft one of those rookie QBs.
The Colts have a lot of good things going but no QB in a QB driven league. I know a lot of people see all the money they have under the cap but by 2022, they will lose a lot of that when they have to extend all that young talent so how much do they spend on a QB now.

Pretty rare for Phillip to pull out.

:heh:

One of the better QBs that never got a ring. Will be remembered as a fiery competitor, and a great shit talker. But will he be in the HOF? May take a while if so.

He’s legit, played tough in the clutch, always battled ...

Rivers will go down as the best QB in NFL history with the worst throwing motion. I swear I have no idea how successful of a career this guy could have with that geeky throwing pattern, but I'll be damned if he wasn't one accurate MFer. And yes, a no-brainer selection to the HOF.

I liked Rivers... He's the type of guy you'd hate playing against but love him as a teamate... I think he has more kids than times he swore on the field throughout his career...

Clutch and Phil Rivers

should never appear in the same post

tough I’ll give him

I saw that dude lead his team in many comebacks, clutch drives, amazing play’s .... He didn’t get it done in the post season, but he still came through lots of times, just never got over the hump ... He had like 30 4th qrt comebacks, 35-40 game winning drives...
