We're just a game behind the Yanks at 49-25 since they also lost today. It's still a long season and nobody can play .700 ball forever. Wait a minute; Phils only have to win 113 games. LOL.

But with Realmuto gone till after the AS game, Phils may only win say, 14 of 22 (.630) to get them to 63-33 (.656). Not too shabby, I guess and enough to stay far ahead of those Bitches as long as Alverado and Dominques don't blow too many games. I wonder how this works out.

Retro, you're an expert on San Fran. If you're watching the SF vs STL game tonight honoring Mays and the Ne_gro Leagues at Rickwood Field, you'll notice the logo on the Giants throwback uniforms. At first glance what the heck is it? Looks like a pile of crap. LOL.



After a little research, it's actually a bear from the 1946 San Francisco Sea Lions of the Ne_gro League who, according to Ebbets Field Flannels, purchased the uniforms from a semi-pro baseball team named the San Francisco Cubs.
