Yeah Montreal just started that this year, the fans vote for the three stars. I am not sure if any other team does it or not.
Honestly I only got in and saw the 3rd and the OT, I am kind of surprised they were not booing him earlier.
By the way my favorite goalie chant of all time was the Sharks fans with Belfour. That was loud and long and it didnt matter if he was playing or not. It often seemed to bug him too.
