But, the Pens are playing some of their best defensive hockey of the season, right now.

Over the past four periods, between the Bolts game yesterday, and through 1 in Montreal, they're on top of their game.

It's awesome to watch them when their game is on.

Its not the media, the three stars are chosen by the fans now - new this year. Its just the three stars, nothing important.

The Habs fans boo players on opposite teams all the time and have for years. Usually players with a history of some sort against the Habs or just the other teams good players. Other arenas do it too.

Really? Just a MTL thing? That explains why it's all Habs then. Not a big deal if it's the fans, that makes sense, just usually I'd hold the press to a higher standard in the vote. I have nothing against a little ribbing of players, but they only started booing Geno after he got dinged up when he was tripped. I mean, there wasn't even a penalty, so I guess I just don't get why they started it.
