I erred in another post when I said Drouin got the GWG, it was Johnson.
We did well in Pittsburg first time around with a win & OT loss.

Second period Bolts 2 Pens get 1, close game I smell OT again.

Yes Todd being down 2-0 I was thinking the worst but never lost faith.
Vasi deserves a lot of credit for this win. Bishop must have schooled
him about rebounds because he gave up fewer in this game. and Kucherov
is playing out of orbit. What a pretty goal he scored to tie it up.
Palat played his usual great game.

Great win by the boys and one that they deserved, the better team won tonight. I thought the bolts carried the play in the 1st but had nothing to show for it and the Pens got a last second goal. They then scored a really early goal in the 2nd and that could of deflated the bolts but the boys carried on battling and again carried the play which led to two quick goals. After a lot of hard work the bolts conceded another late goal, this again could of deflated the bolts but there is no quit in this team. Vasy played a good game but especially in the 3rd when he made some pivotal saves on Hornqvist and Kunitz to keep it a one goal game. Yet again the big boys come up in the clutch, Kuch, Johnny & Palat all figured in on the goal that tied the game and the winner.

One more win but we have to play desperate, the Pens are going to come out hard and fast and we have to match their intensity.
