Odd question: who runs the horn/sirens? Is there a person that runs it specifically? Because it's not just associated with the red light, because I've seen it go off without a horn, but those people are SO FREAKING QUICK if it's a person?

I guess it's a person, because it goes on the goal scorer (I assume you mean the spotlight). I know the red goal light guy sits all the way back at the top of the bottom level. I was surprised at how far away he was.
