Penn State's D looks like the LA Rams D. They keep giving-up big plays and now SC is at the PSU 9-yard line after PSU tied the game.

Penn State escapes with a win in OT

6-0 Penn State

I have knocked Franklin in the past for not winning the big games but I have to give Penn State credit on this one

Go across country to play a tough USC team and win the game in OT!

Tyler Warren is an absolute beast

I do think Franklin tries to get too cute with him like playing at QB but I can’t argue with the results

I know Allar had a few picks but he threw for almost 400 yards.

They got the wide receivers involved in the 2nd half which helped open the offense up.

Great game and massive, come from behind win. I think USC gave us absolutely everything they had and then some. With 400 yards passing and 518 yards of total offense, we definitely should've scored more than 33 points, but too many would-be touchdown drives resulted in turnovers or field goals. This was especially the case in the first half. Also, our defense, for the vast majority of the game, didn't get the pressure or the turnovers that they normally would.

Big props to Allar for slinging that football over and over, despite a few crushing interceptions. Tyler Warren was an absolute monster all over the field. There is literally nothing that this guy can't do. Also, it's incredible to finally have a field goal kicker that we can trust and that's where Ryan Barker enters to win us the game in OT. With all due respect, Sahaydak would've missed at least one of those four field goals (and probably two). We would've either had to convert more 4th downs or straight-up lost the game.

For me, this was the big, primetime game that Penn State doesn't win in the not so distant past. This is truly refreshing.
