Who's seen this awesome show available on Netflix? I'm on S2 E5. Only 3 seasons thus far and 6 episodes per season, so it's not a huge investment of time. Fucking awesome.

One of the under-appreciated aspects of this show, imo, is how they manage to use modern music in a period piece, and it never seems out of place. So you could hear The Pogues or Leonard Cohen or The White Stripes, and it somehow works.

And yeah, the fourth greatest montage of all time IMO is when "Bring It On" plays over them at their business. Fucking awesome

Why doesn't Cillian Murphy get more gigs in Hollywood? The guy's fucking phenomenal. I've loved him ever since Batman Begins.

I think he's pretty particular about what he takes. He does some villain stuff in comic book movies to pay the mortgage, and then acts in better stuff that he likes most of the time. You still see him in the odd low budget movie...

I saw the trailer for 'Free Fire' and it looked awesome, haven't seen boo of it in my local goo-goo plexes.

Just finished S2: 3.5/5 stars. Not nearly as good as the first season (4.5/5 stars), but still highly watchable and enjoyable.

I just tripped over the final season yesterday. Highly entertaining show and I too miss Polly. A lot.

I love the soundtrack.

Mindhunter is not dead, but reportedly on "indefinite hold." Even though it got some critical acclaim and the reviews were good, it was apparently expensive in relation to the number of viewers. Supposedly 5 seasons were planned. I really liked it and would love to see a 3rd season, but it doesn't look like we'll get one and certainly not any time soon.
