They are definitely trying to speed up his learning curve. Honestly putting him with the 3rd unit is brilliant. They are having the 3rd units play each other on another field giving Lynch double the snaps every practice of the other guys. Honestly I think Elway/Kubiak are wanting very badly to have this kid start. He offers the highest upside and the biggest athletic advantage from the QB position.

yep Lynch is the right choice to start long term .

I would be fine with him starting day one even if he is not the best at first as long as we win .
