Hope he didn't have a heart attack when they told him that the other team put 10 pucks in the net before they could get him off the ice.

He could've just been dehydrated. When you see the video and he starts motioning the bench it makes me think he was getting woozy and knew it. When I first heard this I immediately thought either cardio issue or concussion issue, but in watching that and hearing his state on the way to the hospital, I think it was a dehydration/didn't eat enough type thing. Thank God he's okay.

I hate to say it but if I was in attendance watching this live my initial reaction probably would have been to laugh for a moment until I realized he wasn't getting up.

Apparently he is still undergoing tests, although initial tests have not shown any serious health problems. I think P66 might be on to something here.

I remember watching a New Years Eve game a lot of years ago when Philly took their annual 2 points from the Pacific Coliseum (Canucks' old arena).
Coffey was doing a big loop one way, Lindros was doing a big loop the other way, neither one saw each other, and *whammo*. It seems i was the only one in the arena that saw it, and I let out a big "boooooooooom, baby".
Felt a bit sheepish when Coffey had to be basically carried off the ice.
