NFL Network's Mike Giardi reports that Patriots TE Matt LaCosse (knee) is expected to miss at least a few weeks.
LaCosse is dealing with a sprained MCL and is looking at an extended absence. The Patriots re-signed Ben Watson to boost the position, but Ryan Izzo is still expected to start for the team's Monday night matchup against the Jets.
