wow @cdumler7 Bronco's players are sore losers

Emmanuel Sanders -
Tweeted - "If you think Malcom Butler shut me down... child please!! My 2 year old son Princeton can play cover 2. Go watch tape. He know better"

Umm... When did Butler say anything about shutting you down?

Not the greatest look by any means but I'm not going to allow one player acting out of emotion to then be put on all players for the team. It was a tough loss for sure. The team felt like this was a must win game and they made mistakes that just killed them on both sides of the ball. I've been in those emotional moments. I remember my Senior year of high school at state Golf leading the tournament with 2 holes to go before my ball decided to actually get stuck up in a tree. Ended up losing the tournament by 2 (took 3 whacks trying to get the ball out of the tree). Afterwards threw my golf clubs in the pick up and didn't touch them for months.

When you put everything you have into something and the results don't come out like you want yeah hard not to get emotional about it.

He wasn't the only player doing something like this either. I fully agree with your words and expect people to be upset with a loss but it's pretty clear that he was acting out in behalf of the Patriots when in reality he really needed to look at himself and the rest of the team to win the game

I guess just not sure what you are expecting here? Yeah Sanders and others made some mistakes after the game responding to things out of emotion rather than waiting to calm down. It happens every now and then. As a Bronco fan at least shows they care that they lost and hate losing.

Oh, I totally get they are upset about losing but NO Patriots player said anything about shutting down ANYONE, so why even bother with it, regardless of being upset or not..

I don't think he was putting that tweet out towards any Patriots player. The media and I think some trolls on twitter were getting after him for being shut down after the game. I think it just got to him as he was frustrated that when he was open the ball just wasn't getting to him. When the offense only puts up 3 points in a key game yeah I can understand players being frustrated especially when they feel like opportunities were missed.

Haha well I have learned my lesson and just carry a chain saw as an extra club these days. Haven't been up in a tree since.

Lol!

I'm a decent golfer but we've all stomped on our dicks to lose. That was a tough loss for you.

Late this year I was playing one of my favorite and challenging courses and I birdied 17 to get back to +7. A par on the 18th would break 80 on this par 72 track but in a half dozen rounds at this track I'd never parred this bear of a hole. I cranked a good drive finally in the fading light of late summer. Had a 6 iron to the pin but took a 7 to stay below the hole....flushed it to just short of the apron and pitched it to 6 ft straight under the hole.

Knees knocking....just don't leave it short.....draino center cup for 79!

I have many more failure stories but that round was my favorite of the year. That par was for even 36 on the back.

Back to Sander's tweet....um, he just comes off poorly on every front on ths one.

I think Sanders was hearing a lot of crap, especially from ESPN. 3 receptions for 37 yards...yaddah, yaddah, yaddah. His response was childish, and to berate Butler just made it look all the worse. Amazing how easily the sports media can turn on a dime.

The best thing he could have said is, "We all have bad days. Today was one of mine. Hopefully, I won't see another like that for the rest of my career."

Very nice my friend! I had a 3 foot putt this summer to win a tournament and man I've never thought a 3 foot putt looked so long. Definitely had the knees shaking like crazy but saw the putt do a 180 turn and drop for the win!

And I do agree on Sanders' tweet. No reason to tweet that out. Beyond just that he actually walked right past all the media after the game refusing to give an interview. I understand losing stinks but there is a right way to lose.

I know the feeling... Drove a par 4 (4 times) did I eagle? No... Did I birdie? once (barely made it)... Mother fucker! I've birdied the hole a few times but not based on driving the green

Haha that is the game of golf. 1 great round will keep you coming back for more but it is usually followed by 20 terrible rounds leaving you asking yourself "why am I playing this stupid game?"

You can hit a bad shot in golf, but you can't hit two in a row.

I don't know when that dreaded shank shows up it seems to not like to go away.
