I'm no Patriot hater but dynasties aren't established without Super Bowl victories. All you're doing is making Pats fans look bad.

Dynasty? I believe that requires actual championships. 2001-2004 was a mini dynasty. No titles since then. That's 10 years.

Always iin the hunt? Yeah.

Dynasty? :laugh3:

incorrect. the pats already established a dynasty. they have continued throughout the years to consitently reach the very top, you cant call a dynasty dead unless they dont win anymore. have a shot at titles means they are still a dynasty. if they were picking top ten in the draft it would be different story. the pats are a dynasty knocking on the door every year for a title. that strenghthens their dynasty, most dynasties fall off the map, the pats havent.

So, by your standards for a "dynasty", the 49ers had a dynasty in the 80s and the 90s because although they only won one Super Bowl in the 90s, they were "in the hunt" most years. Correct?

but they havent exactly fallen off the map have they? they been to two more sb's since then and now three straight afc championships. you would think a dynasty that died would not be so close to adding to it. yea they havent won the sb and thats the ultimate goal, but you can say the dynaty is dead when they are still knocking on the door for more. if they get another sb it will just add to what they accomplished already, so the dynasty is still attacking. its rediculous to say only championships validate it, getting to the very top also adds to it.

you need to have an established dynasty 3 titles and show you can make the afccg or sb in your later dynasty years.

actually it does. if the pats went 6-10 and missed the playoffs the dynasty would be dead. the fact that they make the afccg or sb every year means they are adding to their legacy.

You're not a dynasty unless you are getting to and winning superbowls. Were the Buffalo Bills in the early 90's a dynasty?

Briz is a poor representation of our fanbase, but if we did win one or two more with Brady, it would be hard to not consider the entire body of work as one damn impressive run.

the pats are a dynasty who have just missed out on more sb recently. you cant not call them a dynasty still unless they stop dominating. 2 more sb's and three afccg's are enough to prove they are still the team to beat. their dynasty has not died, its on the verge of adding to it.
