Humm I thought I saw so many people say that the Pats would get smashed by a good team. Well the Saints are a good team and even though the Pats lost what 4 more players to injury they still found a way to win?

uhh we havent had an elite defense since 04. we been there before 9 years ago...

above average no the pats have been at the top of the league in defense. right up there with seattle and kc. now that we played the saints its been proven. everyone said wait till you play atlanta, cincy, and new orleans...well we did. the pats d is elite. period.

You gave up 27 points and 361 points to the Saints. I wouldn't call your defense elite. Solid but not elite.

Their D is adequate, their O is adequate, their, team system, game planning and commitment to winning is un-matchable.

If they get some weapons back on O their offence could be good, borderline great...which could get them to the dance.

They have been lucky not to play anybody this year yet except the Saints at home.

I am a huge Brady fan and a fan of the Pats but I am not going crazy yet.

Pats are a legit Super Bowl contender no doubt about it. Elite D, Top Tier QB, Top Tier run game and Gronk is not even back yet
