I am not sure how I feel about this. It was an awful, awful hit, but it was during a game, and I would prefer it be handled within the league. I do not much care for the precedent that it may set. I am not in fan of outside intervention...

What a dumbass.

If they are going to charge him why not charge every player who gets in a fight. Why not charge baseball teams when they get in a fight. The hit was bullshit but this is a slippery slope.
