Don't think ive ever heard a player say flat out no publicly about another team. That being the rangers. Also said he would be open to doing a deal before July 1st.

Very optimistic. I think with a new cba coming he signs a 1 year deal

It was actually amazing he said that entering UFA. Even if he never would sign with them it reduces his leverage. Maybe Torts antics are costing his team recruiting possibilities...
