The Bears could be even thinner than expected at running back against the Packers after Damien Williams was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Thursday.

While Williams technically hasn't been ruled out, the timeline for him to play on Sunday seems to be quite narrow.

Noon, either you've been holed up in your mancave snortin' the toot or you're still butt hurtin' over the Bears ditching Trubisky. I think even the most diehard Bears fans aren't expecting great results against the Pack, but lose by 35????

It’d be nice to have a pass catching RB to pair with Herbert. Cohen would be the perfect compliment (as long as Nagy doesn’t try to run him up the gut several times a game.)

Well since Cohen remains on the PUP list, I think our only alternative as a pass catching compliment would be Artavis Pierce, who I assume has been promoted to the roster in lieu of Williams covid sitch. And we shouldn't sleep on Ryan Nall, even tho he's primarily been serving as a blocking FB in his current duties. But he has decent hands and I can see him slipping out of the backfield now and then for a dump off from Fields.

With as banged up as the secondary is for GB, and with a banged up LB core also, I think this game will be a lot closer than you think Noon.

Bears may surprise me but I always expect our worst game when we face the Packers. And I know the answer but the sample is too small to count yet.
