Smith had you in that game... but also lost it for you with that really bad decision to go for it on 4th and 4 with the lead instead of punting. That was bad coaching right there.

Hindsight. But the play was called correctly, guy got open. Just an overthrow. If he puts that on the mark, it’s game over.

A punt looks great after the fact. And at the time I was thinking, much like you, why? But then going with the thinking, put the game on one play for 4 yards on your offense rather than your defense who got carved.

If it's 4th and 1 maybe, but 4th and 4? Wasn't much time left. Play the percentages and give your D as much room to work with as you can. Still a bad call IMO, but I get your opinion.

Hoping Gordon pulls a Jeff Tuel and tells Leach to piss off and runs the ball in th projected snow. @WizardHawk is if suppose to snow in Seattle on Friday like the South Sound?

question re: Utah. Why is their recruiting ranking so low despite recent success, especially this year? I don't follow their recruiting enough to know if they rely a lot on JUCOs or mission players, but it seems odd. I don't think they've ever been a recruiting monster so that makes their success even that much more impressive.
