overtime shootout

Get as many 15-20 role players you want doesn't kmake a difference come overtime and shootout.


Said it before and will say it again this team will not win a ot or shootout game unless they get a powerplay.

Overtime after that 3-1 rush they get a 2-1 the other way a 41 year old jagr and I think harrold going the other way. That just won't work.

Why not put tedenby out there? No one scored in a shootout then don't put them out there!

Was pissed in OT too. PDB was too conservative. Put Teds out there. If he fucks up defensively, oh well. Better than taking a chance in SO

Part of it is Peter DeBoer's dumb coaching but I don't know if he has the right tools in the tool box either - guess it goes both ways

It was a shame to lose that game. There were a lot of positives, a lot of big PKs. Unfortunately our best offensive players aren't speed guys which is what you need in 4 on 4, which is why I agree a guy like Tedenby would be nice to see in that situation. I also agree we should be less conservative in OT, the shootout has proven to be disastrous.

0-4 in shootout and I believe 0-5 overall in overtime.

5 lost points is huge

I just turn the broadcast off after regulation and call it a tie. I'm not expecting anything good to happen in the bonus rounds
