Stop it. Metcalf is better than Jeudy.

Swain is just 23 and their 3rd receiver. Kid can play, provided he gets balls thrown his way.
Metcalf is better. He's had 3 full healthy seasons. Juedy has all the tools and RW throwing to him now. Swain has potential but he is currently a #3 at best.

Sutton when healthy is much better.

We'll see what their numbers look like this year with the departure and arrival of the wee one.

Jeudy's best season?

52 catches, 856 yards, 16.5ypc, 53.5ypg, 3 TD's

Metcalf's? 83 catches, 1,303 yards, 15.7ypc, 10 TD's

@NWPATSFAN.....LOL.

Remind me who was throwing to Juedy?

Remind me how many healthy seasons he's had?

DKs other two seasons are very similar to JJs.

Oh and nice how you glossed over the part where I said DK was better.

Lol at you

Sorry, I don't rate Lockett as high as others. Like I mentioned he was a product of the RW scramble. Not totally but a lot of his success came from RW running for his life.
Metcalf and Juedy are a wash IMO. Swain? Come on.
Metcalf and Jeudy are a wash.....

Keep it in context Skippy.

1 full year vs 3. 2 of those 3 are very similar stats.

Do we need to address the ineptness of the Denver team over those past 2/3 years?

Do you honestly think Juedy wouldn't be putting up those same kind of numbers if he were in Seattle?

As I said a lot of people grade Lockett higher than I do. I've watched every game. He's a good receiver not great and was made better by RWs scrambling ability.

Again, I'm happy to watch and see how both teams and these players fair this season with the changes.

Classic back peddling.....now admitting Metcalf is better.....

SMH.
I made that comment back in post # 81, when you were trying to compare stats of a pkayer with 3 healthy years on a playoff caliber team vs a player with 1 healthy year on a very subcaliber team.

Comparing stats because you called it a "wash."

LOL.

We were comparing receiving corps. As such I feel Juedy when healthy puts up similiar numbers to DK.

Again I'm ok with waiting to see how both receivers do this year.

We really arguing about Jeudy being as good as Metcalf? The Broncos WR3 arguably behind Tim Patrick? The only reason to argue that is draft status at this point.

I'm expecting Hardman = Jeudy next year, tbh.

Teddy Bridgewater was getting 80 yards a game out of DJ Moore and didnt get 80 yards out of Jeudy once. We can knock Drew Lock as an unknown but there is enough data on Bridgewater to get an idea where the Broncos weapons are.

Yeah, at this point it feels like a shitty excuse. It'd be like me pretending Hardman's lack of numerical production is because he was buried behind Hill and Kelce.

Yeah, Jeudy has been a bust so far.

I think Hardman can come through as the main guy though.....as WR.....not better than Kelce.

I do think that if we're entertaining Jeudy being a star then that sets up the 'Broncos are a SB contender' narrative with Wilson and Pete Carroll is a trash coach narrative. Both of which are floating around atm

Well yeah, that's some pretty blatant hopecasting for the Broncos though. They'll be projected to be in 3rd place most everywhere behind the Chiefs and Chargers. Raiders won't be a pushover either.

I've been saying Pete Carroll is trash for awhile now though.
