That is actually news to me. I guess after chasing utail all night and getting shot down I was always too blitzed to worry about it by the time last call rolled around and was more focused on getting grub. Or talking our way out of trouble for noise violations/stiffing the cabbie/wandering streets in search of whattaburger.
