Yes and no. Things got crazy at work and I stoopped checking in around 5 am. Got home and tried to comment on something and got the spinny no matter how many times I clicked submit. Reloaded the blog and it was flagfisting. Then just tonight somehow got back in through a back door.

I fail to see the business sense in removing a website when the replacement site is several weeks away from complete. Even from a 100% emotionless view, where's the advertising revenue?

It wasn't the most active site. They may have to rebuild their userbase from scratch.

I think they gave up on the site a while ago and stopped caring about anything to do with it. they finally just said fuck it and closed it down in order to rebuild the whole thing. I'm confused as to how anybody can get in, even thru a side door
