With health and a bit of luck, I think y'all can contend. Division is weak as hell. It's up for grabs, as usual. Give gnats the edge this year, myself.

Interesting. Eli may be a TO machine but he got no help from his line or receivers last year. Can't see that happening two years in a row.

Honestly - looking at the schedule I see 4-5 wins. They really need to go into the bye at 6-3 because the last six weeks (at Giants; Eagles; at Bears; at Eagles; Colts; at Redskins) is gonna be brutal. I just don't see 6 winnable games in the first 9 weeks.

Even I love watching that kid play, but how can 1 player make that much difference on a defense? last time they played the Saints, he got hurt in the second quarter I think and it was like day & night with him out of the lineup. They literally fell apart

Agreed. BUT, and this is a big BUT, we got a new coach, new offensive scheme, new receivers. A lot has to gel for anything to happen THIS year.

And D is a HUGE fucking question mark. Hazmat...

I see the biggest improvement coming from STs. Like what I'm hearing about Kotwica, new coach. That was actually a bigger problem than D for us last year. Sheer misery to watch field position, lack of tackling, punting and amazing gaffes. Seriously never seen anything like it in all my days of watching the skins.

Romo's health is iffy at best. Factor in his age and the fact his back is limiting his GOLF! Romo and health just don't seem to belong in the same sentence.

Some players change the attitude of those around them just by being present. London was like that for us, even tho he had lost a step these past few years, he was a huge motivating force on the field. Hard to measure that.
