I've got a 2 bedroom house I'm starting this week. Mainly some Sheetrock repair and painting. But it looks like I'll be refinishing the hardwood floors as well.

Yes, it is. I've learned a few tricks, but it's still a pain.

I think I'll try a chemical process this time. It's "supposed" to make it less of a chore.

The thing that killed me on the last project was cleaning up all the sanding dust from refinishing them.
