Julio Jones of Atlanta Falcons feared to be done for remainder of season with foot injury, source confirms - ESPN

Looks as though Julio Jones may be done for the year. You hate to see any injuries but this makes a tough rough trip a little bit easier, especially with our inability to play those 10am east coast games

Rough year for the falcons, but having one less nfc powerhouse definitely improves our chances of getting HFA. Would just rather it happened from something besides injuries.

A lot of the Falcon's success last year came from a cake walk schedule which inflated their record and handed them the #1 seed. They barely beat us in their first playoff game, only to lose to SF the next week. They're already showing their true stripes but with Julio Jones possibly out for the year, along with their other injuries, they look to be dead in the water

I know it makes this an easier match up for us but it also makes it an easier match up for San Fran as well. And also easier wins for the Saints...who we could be chasing for home field advantage
