Did you know that Elway completed 46% of his passes his first year as a starter? Or that he didn't complete over 60% of his passes until his 11th year as a starter and only completed over 58% 1 time in his first 10 years or that he completed like 56% for his career? If not for 3 drops and a non DPI call Tebow is sitting at about 12-18 which is 60%. I guess Denver never should have waited for Elway to learn to pass either. Whoops.

If you are going to compare Teblow to Elway, I'm going to have to disown you as my brother. Go on Twitter and watch the experts continually say he's not a good QB, regardless of the wins. They're winning because of defense, and in spite of Tebow, not because of him.

And all the experts said Tom Brady wasn't an NFL caliber QB too. Same with Romo, Fitz, Hassleback, etc. Alex Smith was better than Aaron Rodgers. Ryan Leaf was better than Peyton Manning. The list goes on and on. I'm not saying Tebow will ever be Elway, I'm just saying Elways numbers were eerily similar to Tebows. Lets not right the kid off until he has some time to make some strides. They are not winning in despite of him. He isn't turning the ball over, he isn't making mistakes and when it matters he comes through. Could he do this with a bad D? No he couldn't, but without his D getting big time INT's the Saints don't win the SB either. Without his D stepping up Manning doesn't win a SB. Tebow isn't as bad as you act. You hate him because the media loves him. In reality he is somewhere in between how the media portrays and what you think. He isn't terrible, he isn't a godsend. He is nothing more than a young QB trying to improve and along the way get some wins.

I'd take him over Rivers right now, if I was playing in the SB tomorrow.

What? 4 weeks ago you were trying to tell me that Rivers was one of the best qbs in the game. What are you drinking these days?

Dear Big Ben haters -- I don't like the guy either, but let's be honest, he plays behind a horrible offensive line and Pittsburgh would be terrible without him. Maybe it was different under Cowher, but under Tomlin, Big Ben is the reason they win.

Tebow is friggin terrible. He cant throw in a throwing league so yeah, he's destined to fail. Lets not kid ourselves RIvers is 10x the QB that Tebow will ever be. He's having a down year for whatever reason (looks like a confidence thing to me) but when he's right (which has been pretty much his entire NFL career) he's one of the best in the game. Right below that elite Brady, Rodgers, Brees haelthy manning notch. Tebow has no accuracy, a really long, goofy delivery and he cannot see the field. From a passing perspective, everything that you want in a QB Tebow represents the oppsoite. That being said he is a big dude and a fierce competitor but his style of play is not sustainable. All that being said that Tyler Balko for KC makes Tebow look like Aaron Rodgers...That dude is a total trainwreck. Just bring in Orton already...

Rivers was a better QB in year 2 of his career than most QBs will be. Denver will have to find a passer, they just don't have one right now, so, sit back and be entertained by the Tebowmania, it's as groovy as Flutie Flakes and majkowski magic. It took Michael vick 8 years and a "sabatical" to find his accuracy, I don't imagine Tebow will be given Vicks graces, but he'll play somewhere... situational player? Running back? Canada? UFL?

Their offense is 19th in points scored and their defense is 4th points allowed. He's a very good QB and probably the best improvosational QB of this era, but he doesnt carry that team on his back.

Pittsburgh usually seems to do pretty well when Big Ben is hurt.

It's not all about Ben.

Now Ben is a great, unorthodox QB. His game aint pretty but he makes things happen. Unbelievable how a man of his size can extend plays to make throws.

KC's defense has really impressed me. If they had Eric Berry in the lineup they'd be really good. They've shown alot of heart and play physical. Unfortunately they're bound to give up a big play to those WR's. Just on the field too long. KC's offense is abysmal. They should play Stanzi or Orton in the 2nd half.

Orton didn't suit up, but can Stanzi really be any worse??
