I've spent the day in emergency in Richmond ... Wife had an episode that required her an ambulance trip to emergency. Shes better now

Doctor waiting for her blood work but he thinks her flu/cold led to extreme vertigo ..

Once blood results come back and they don't see anything abnormal she can leave

He mentioned that at first she had signs of a stroke but he ruled that out (thankfully)

Half the equipment in her emergency area doesn't work and half the lights are burnt out

Efficient to get to hospital the 3 1/2 hrs wait to see doctor

They are great but really understaffed

Yeah not the staff’s fault the system is critical.

Glad things are alright.

Doctor mentioned that at first she had signs of a stroke but he ruled that out pretty fast

Shes home sleeping now ... But she is really uncomfortable.. she caught a virus and in the doctors own words

"It Fucked with her inner ear so bad that it caused the vertigo that simulated a stroke"

He feels that it could come back if she doesnt rest a few days as there is potential for an actual stroke if it hits her harder.

EKG and blood tests showed no abnormal results.

Shes sleeping now

She was wearing a hospital Gown and had the classic hospital blanket wrapped around her and i helped get her dressed and removed the EKG tabs off her and all 8 years of funeral emotion and the amount of times I removed those same items from the thousands of deceased rolled through me like a freight train and once i knew she was going to be ok I guess my defenses went down and I just cried and cried and am still crying now ..
