NDP are really the Liberals.

But they aren't as nutjob-left as the NDP in, say, Ontario.

Socred was never going to get elected again in BC, they were our Conservatives.

So they re-badged themselves as Liberals.

I'd actually call our NDP hybrid NDP-Lib.

cool story bro, time.

In highschool, a shitload of us went camping, because someone knew an awesome spot out in Mission.
of course, they couldn't find it, and it was getting dark, and most of the drivers were at least a little bit drunk, and passengers a lot drunk, so we stopped at the nearest flat spot off the beaten path we could find. It was a quarry out by Mission.
Everyone had a wonderful time, but we were rudely waken up before dawn by a bus driving by.

It was a prison bus, because we had stopped basically at the foot of that prison.
