Never understood the appeal of those machines. You have to be some kind of lazy to not wrap up the coins yourself. For lawds sake, you can get coin wrappers that are preformed and you just drop the darn coins in.

I am thinking the stumbling block for a lot of people is that whole "counting" thing.

I just love the noise those machines make too. A nice peaceful jaunt through a grocery store interrupted by what sounds like someone trying to use garbage disposal to break down a pickup truck.

The Coinstar machines near me would give you 100% value if you used the money in that store or in Amazon vouchers. Even straight up cash its worth it for me to lose the 9 cents per dollar.
