Buckle up!!
It's a little tykes play house
From the outside I thought it was probably Paris Hilton's dog's house.
I don't mind the idea though. Not sure I'm crazy about living in DC... but that's another matter.

Okay, anyone near DC... MOVE AWAY FROM THERE NOW. We're gonna nuke it from orbit.

50 Grand here will buy you a 2 bedroom rancher on a quarter acre and 1 car garage. And you won't need cover fire when walking out to get the paper in the morning.
Meh. High quality prints, but the illusion is pretty standard. This is much more impressive IMO:
I built one for my classroom years ago. It's unbelievable. Actually mindblowing. The effect is just as good, if not better, in person.
So, is it flat and just a trick of the paper?
This is awesome. Now I can totally ask chicks if they want to sleep with a guy who has a body like Derek Jeter.
It's a hollowman effect. Really cool. Basically you build this 3D dragon out of paper, folding and taping parts together. But the head is inverted - instead of a 3D popping outwards with the snout as the closest point to the viewer, in colapses inwards with the snout as the furthest point from the viewer.
Video explanation:
Viewed in good lighting, and with one eye closed, your mind assumes it's a normally shaped object. As you move, what you're seeing changes, and your mind formulates that as the dragon moving it's head. It's a really great effect. I built one, and even knowing the illusion, I could turn it on and off in my head.
Here's the printout if you want to make one:
