What part of Ohio is this happening, because here there are times even I am afraid to go over there in my super sport sedan for fear of being steamrolled. And I am going 70 by the time I leave my driveway.

I spent about an hour and a half shredding the BMX track on my mountain bike with zero pain in my knee.

Forgot to tell you I went to Valmont Bike Park like a month ago out in Boulder. You would LOVE that place. Totally free to the public and every kind of bike trail imaginable from dirt jumps to slalom course to freestyle with wooden jumps/logs/etc. Stuff for kids at age 4 (or never biked BMX 30-something adults ) or competition riders.

What shocked me is how MASSIVE it is.

I spent a couple hours shredding, errr.... gently coasting around there with zero... stratch that... tons of fear in my heart.

Holy crap, that looks amazing. The town here has been trying to decide what to do with all the space around the BMX track, I am going to send them a link to this.

As you can see, plenty of space. They were going to demolish the BMX track and make it a dog park, but me and a couple of locals went in and fixed it up and now it gets used a lot. By the end of the summer they should start construction on doubling the skatepark in the lower right. And they are going to extend the BMX track to a concrete pump track next year. That whole space on the other side of the bike path could be all dirt trails for relatively cheap.

That's cool. I hope it works out. I thought it was really excellent how they had stuff for every skill and age level. I've never seen a bike park with people from every age from 3 to 60 before. Definitely an amazing model for a park. The families there love it. Here's a view of some of the trails, and they don't even cover all of them here either...
