I've been watching the coverage and all that's being reported is the heroic efforts by the track crew to repair for tomorrow's race.

And NASCAR is going through youtube and having ANYTHING from it other than the approved ESPN clip yanked.

There's one I saw before it got yanked filmed by a guy who was five feet from the lady the tire landed on. In that video, there is a cameraman there. The camera pans away and when it pans back, the person is not there anymore.

An engine is. It's been up three or four times and NASCAR has shot it down.

15 people got shredded, and NASCAR is worried about profits and image.

Fuck NASCAR with a chainsaw.

Yeah the third video on that page is the one I saw.

Apparently the cameraman who was there and then wasn't there is okay.

Speed just announced that most of the injured fans were taken to the official medical center of the Daytona Speedway.

They just can't fucking help themselves, can they?

Edit: The track president at the press conference just wanted to assure the fans that the track will be ready for the 51st running of the Daytona 500 tomorrow.

Perhaps I need to turn this off.

yeah that was great

One of them that jumped out at me was the "Jimmy Chitwood has only four lines of dialogue in Hoosiers" because I remember when I saw the movie the first time I thought, Damn that kid must have had no problem remembering his lines.
Anyway, I bookmarked the page another interesting thing to me was "Bend It Like Beckham was the first Western film to air in North Korea". Cool stuff and thanks again.

lol

21. Upon the 1995 release of the Jean-Claude Van Damme actioner Sudden Death — about a terrorist attack during Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals — Jaromir Jagr was reportedly unhappy that a Penguins player wearing his No. 68 jersey was on the ice for three of the opposing team’s goals, making “him” a minus-3.

At least they didn't portray him as a member of the Dallas Stars!
