OT: Things that you like that are "extinct"

i think for me it's more TV shows. when i was younger our TV shows were the bomb. today...well, todays are mindless drivel filled with fart jokes and kids on sugar rushes. maybe it's because i was just that age...and i'm probably biased, but i miss a lot of the old Nick shows. they had an awesome lineup.

wow that brings back memories. i watch the nicktoons channel sometimes and they play rocko's modern life.

As a whole I find TV to be of a much higher quality now than when I was a kid. Scripted TV at least, I dont watch or count reality TV. Nick has some great stuff though, there has been some good stuff through every time period. The 70s and 80s had their share of catch phrases and smart alecky sugar rush kids too.

i like older shows than newer shows. some newer shows are good although i miss some old shows like, seinfeld, boy meets world, and the simpsons before 2000.

they need to bring this show back, i was wayy to young to understand it then, but the whole concept of it was great
