In Snoopy Come Home, Snoopy runs off to find his original owner and we get to meet her, but I don't recall ever seeing this scene in any other Peanuts cartoons. Was this maybe a background scene from that movie?

Running some errands during lunch and I saw a young woman riding a bike coming toward me. She was leaning back arms raised and joyfully and unashamedly singing along to whatever she was listening to. Completely happy.
