I should have watched. I actually thought this was a great episode for Andrea as well as several other characters. When Milton was standing upto the Governor I was thinking how funny it would have been seeing him try to reason with Shane had they ever met. He's like a younger, dorkier, white-collar version of Dale.

Also I think Milton is being framed by Martinez. Only Martinez intended to frame Tyrese.

- ugh... Andrea-centric episode.
- mental note for later: Tyreese will be a crack shot in the very near future
- she has a pen-knife and you have an assault rifle, and YOU are backing down? :L
- the Gov was pretty awesome in that machine shop. Character fully actualized.
- whoa. stairwell. nice move.
- burnin' zombies was cool. have a feeling not Tyreese though... Milton? Sasha? gotta be Milton.
- 53 minutes until we see the prison, and then it's just a minute. Its great that we have gotten to the point where the rest can carry a strong episode.
- nice finish!!

Am I wrong or was The Governor watching something, a clipshow when he was sitting in that chair? I could be wrong, have to rewatch, but if he was I'm curious to see what graphic/distrubing images he will be using to torture Andrea with.

The machine shop or whatever it was made me laugh. Handy places to kill walkers all over the place.
Rick was probably thinking, 'damn Lori's appearing again'.
I thought the Andrea-Guvna cat and mouse went on too long, but it was partially redeemed by the door trick. I liked that.
Nice torture chamber, reminiscent of the comics.

I put in a request a while ago to have spoiler tags added (mainly for large or NSFW images) as I know that it is possible to have this feature on vBulletin software. Maybe I'll put in an updated request to our SportsHoopla overlord.

Had to watch them back to back, two fantastic episodes.

- Backpacker storyline was great. I think I read it differently than you guys though. On the way to town, they show how much has changed. Don't pick up the backpacker, calmly dispose of zombies, etc... but I think meeting up with Whatshisname changed Rick. I think it has reminded him of the value of humanity. On the surface, picking up the backpack on the way home looked cold, but I thought symbolically, it was meant to show that Rick had changed and would have picked up the backpacker if he was still alive.

I disagree. I think it was showing how cold the world had become. They were not phased by the fact that he was ripped to shreds by the walkers. They just figured he probably had decent supplies in his backpack, so they picked it up.

If they wanted to convey that they would have picked him up post-Morgan, they would have shown a facial expression as well.

I just realized there are only 3 episodes left this season! Seems like the 2nd half just started. Any predictions for the remainder of the season. Obviously a few people on both sides are going to die.

I'll make a wild prediction that the Governor somehow gets to Carol and manipulates her into turning on the group. Well Rick at least and maybe Daryl and Merle too, while promising no harm to the rest of the group. Seems pretty far-fetched and probably more wishful thinking than an actual prediction but it seems like there have been a lot of seeds planted (during all 3 seasons) for this to happen. If not, she should just be killed.

Carol would NEVER NEVER NEVER turn on Daryl.

The rest of the group? Maybe. But NEVER Daryl.

yeah I agree with this. they didnt really contribute to his death directly but they certainly did not prevent it either. they dealt with their own moment and when they saw he was dead looked for good supplies. I wonder what they would have done had they come up to him being actually chased by walkers? would they have intervened like Darryl did on the bridge? or keep going. that would have been way more telling for where their heads are at

Not sure Ty will be a crack shot. They need to give him a weakness...

He backed down to her knife because he did not want to fight, regardless. He still is not sold on Woodbury, so he is not willing to kill a woman trying to leave it... yet.

The Gov is fully bat-shit-crazy now. I like it.

I have been playing Dead Island lately, and have been waiting for flaming zombies to show up in TWD. I think the concept can be further developed, though.

Governor is full crazy now and not afraid to show it. I really dont think it was Milton. I think it was Martinez. Milton would be too easy. he could sabotage easier. I also think Milton will die saving Andrea now

Martinez crossed my mind while it was happening, but in TTD, Holden stated, 100% given, that it was Milton. Interesting that they kept the face away from the audience, though.

Side note on Andrea...

In TTD, she stated that her action figure is due to be released in September. I guess that means she will not die this season...

Carol would NEVER NEVER NEVER turn on Daryl.

The rest of the group? Maybe. But NEVER Daryl.

That's part of what would make it such an unexpected twist. If it were to happen though I think it would be mostly directed at Rick but she might have felt a bit abandonned by Daryl when he took off with Merle and therefore a bit resentful towards. By her own admission she has a weak mind and can be easily manipulated by certain types of males. The Governor is very different than her dead husband but is 1 hell of a manipulator. I don't see her suddenly turning evil, just very misguided. I could see the Governor trying to relate to her by talking about his deceased daughter. Martinez mentioned his kids were killed by walkers and the the Governor probably played on that to manipulate him. I could see The Gov suggesting to Carol that Rick and the prison are no good for Judith and convince her to bring the baby to Woodbury.

Total longshot but there's so much talk about Milton and others defecting from Woodbury to the prison that I think what this war needs is someone going the other way. Can't really see it being anyone else.

i think it would be a pretty awesome cliffhanger for the meeting to take place in the last episode in the same spot as before and while rick and the governor meet and shots about to take place a herd 3 times the size of the farm one comes into play and rick and the governor are trapped and surrounded by walkers and have to work together to get out of it or kill each other before the walkers do :D

and no carol turning on the group just doesnt make any sense to me. beth yes but not carol. beth has a heart as black as stone....

ok Im kidding neither would turn on that group.

Love the edited thread title with the disclaimer. I'm usually 1 of the first to comment after watching an episode and tend to be a bit vague to avoid being accused of spoiling.
