Didnt really enjoy it

/ive read a couple of reviews but didnt watch talking dead. If anyone did watch, did they discuss or 100% say that deanna was bit?

Yes there were teeth marks ... But she landed on a circular saw blade when she fell. The whole episode i felt she wasnt bit :noidea:
It was not brought up, but I thought the same thing. They did reference her being bit, but nothing about it being any kind of question.

She DEFINITELY died at the end, though, so I highly doubt it will ever be brought back up.

Same here. I thought it was kind of a mess.

"They knocked over the sculpture!"
More CGI balloons.
Opening three minutes with "Tiptoe Through The Tulips" and kid coloring while CGI ants eat his cookie.
How long did Rosita, Tara, and the supposedly smart Eugene sit there before they thought about going into the house? It was the same house the others were in? Wow!.

Have walkers ever gone up steps before?

Burying the other scene in the first commercial break of the awful looking next show.

looks like i was out to lunch on this ... after watching those couple of scenes again ... the saw blade looked like it went into the knee area ... michonne was treating the bleeding from that cut ... then she noticed the bite in around deannes lower side abdomen ... upon further review it looks like they shot that scene when she falls on the blade so you can see it obviously tore through her lower leg/knee area

I think the one redeeming quality about last nights episode for me was thinking throughout it that deanne wasnt actually bit ... and ricks crew thought she was, so they were going to kill her before she turned (I brought myself to believe her process of "turning" could have been her going into shock from so much bloodloss) at any moment ... that brought some tension for me as i watched ... and now thats gone lol

That would actually be a pretty interesting storyline. I mean there's only so much you can do with zombies but so far I don't think there has ever been a situation like that where you believe someone is bit only to somehow find out later (too late or not) that they weren't.

Season 1, pretty sure Morgans walker wife climbed a few. And I think I remember one climbing a fence when Rick and Glenn were in Atlanta.
Morgan's wife even tried using the door knob. In the first season, the walkers were ALMOST smart-zombies. Morgan's wife tried using the knob and there was a walker who picked up a rock to break the window when they were stuck in the department store.

In S2 the walkers ran pretty much on the reg.

Yeah, in the first commercial break during "Into The Badshow" they had a clip that referenced Negan. Then later during the second commercial of a showing of "Shanghai Knights" they showed another 3 minute clip. This one was bees buzzing around a half empty soda bottle (with a straw in it) while "Octopus's Garden" played.

It felt like a soap opera

And that wolf thing was so stupid.
One knife and they hand over their guns? Ka-fucking-boom

Yeah that was really dumb. Why would they trust that guy not to go on a killing spree with those weapons after what the Wolves did. They probably could have saved the doc easily enough if one of them aimed for the "W" seeing as how most of them are pretty good shots apparently. Even if they miss and hit her, well it's better than him killing more people and chances are she's dead anyway if he leaves with her. Considering they gave up their weapons, they got pretty lucky the way it played out.

I imagine once things get settled Tara will try to save her. When Glen finds out that the closest thing they have to a doctor got taken he'll probably tag along.

Also I found Carol to be extremely annoying this episode. I was on board with killing Karen and David for the greater good, scaring Sam to stay quiet, and pretty much all of her other moves. But she was being the opposite end of the ridiculous spectrum as Morgan in this instance. The Wolf was not a threat to anyone at that point in time. Sure I could buy an argument as to why he should be executed, even if simply by neglect so no resources are wasted on him (like the discussion they had about Randall on the farm). But threatening to kill Morgan to get to the Wolf while chaos is going on all over town was pretty lame.

Sounds like Negan already.
He really does have a believable look. And at least he SEEMS to be excited to be taking the job.

Will be interesting, for sure, to see how the fuck they portray that fucking guy on a fucking TV show.

did you watch Lost eloco? there was some great quirky music in sundays episode

true about being left thinking after each episode (if not during).

Also like the linkages from the smallest seemingly inconsequential moments to the overall plot ... like last episode when the guard tells Kevin to "be like Jesus" when he goes to see Patty ... and then you have the final scene where ... well ... he is like jesus lol

Yeah, I was a big Lost fan. The writers on that show definitely knew how to keep you engaged.

I missed that moment, but yeah, I agree. With the Leftovers, you sense they have a good plan for how it all fits together because characters that you only know a little or aren't sure of there role come back around and it all makes sense. This past Sunday's episode was a pretty good example of that.
