I missed the end of the Morgan scene as my pvr was switching to record the talking dead ... what was the book/magazine that he was picking up?

thats the last scene i saw ... i checked the start of the talking dead recording and it was a close up of morgans face

It was the piece of paper that Abraham had wrote to Rick, about saying that Rick should come with them to Washington, as the "new world was going to need Rick Grimes". When Morgan read it, he got this pissed off look on his face.

Morgan picked up the map to DC that Abraham wrote the message to Rick on, so I assume he is going to look for Rick.

I agree. I didn't see him as pissed, I saw him as surprised. He didn't realize he was tracking Rick. He was just tracking someone.

We STILL don't know who is/was making the marks. I figure we will find out in the second half.

Wasn't Morgan like RIGHT behind them to start the season?

They've been at the church for awhile, have moved around that area a ton, had a number of loud vehicles come in and out of there, done construction hammering nails, etc.

What is taking him so damn long to find them/catch up?

He was supposedly "months" behind. The sign was completely dried up and there was a lot of fresh foliage grown around the sign as well as the church.

Yeah I took Morgan's look more as one of surprise that Rick was still out there and he was kind of on his trail

That was never said. We just assumed it. And they still make a point of showing them all the time.

If the answer is that the Hunters made them, I will be disappointed. There is no reason for them to have made them, and, like I said, it was never shown or said in the show who made them.

So I was a bit behind due to some recent travels, but got caught up on the recorded episodes over the weekend.

Not really all that disappointed. Spent way too much time on that storyline. Character just wasn't that interesting. Never really developed much in prior seasons and just when it seemed like it was coming we'd move on to the "core" story. Then they finally do some development just in time for the kill. Meh.

I think they want the solid TWD lead in for that new series, Better Call Saul.

Wow! I really liked that episode. I was hoping Tyreese would survive and continue to have visions of dead characters. I was expecting him to see a 1 legged Herschel, but then seeing the Governor though was a great surprise in my opinion.
