When I was in high school, OJ and Nicole lived in Laguna Beach-right on the beach. We used to go skim boarding behind his house. He would come out with his dogs and talk and sometimes bring us food and drinks (soda and water). He was always nice to us and everyone in town. Always had time to stop and talk to people in the store or just walking around.

When I heard about the killings at first I didn't want to believe, but by the day of the Bronco chase I had made up my mind. At that time I was living about a block from where Nicole was buried. They thought he might be going to her grave to kill himself. When they found him on the freeway he was about 2 miles from my house.

I still kind of feel sorry for him. I think he did it, I just remember the times when I was a kid and a superstar treated me like a friend.
