When they say the retail component of this building is huge, they aren't kidding. And they have already made about 200 changes to the layout of the building to accommodate the tenant, who is no longer in business.

sound like a good idea ... but as is the case in this market, the condos would prob be scooped up by Chinese foreign investors looking for liquidity ...
and so the condo units will just sit there ...

Is that a serious problem out there? People thought that was happening here a lot, but a recent survey put total foreign ownership of condo units at 2.5% give or take.
