OT: RIP Junior Seau higgy

When you're the one suffering, sometimes you don't realize you need help. My friend who killed himself was the last person on Earth you would think to do that. No one, not even his best friends, family, co-workers had any idea something was wrong.

I understand what you're saying, but it's just hard to digest.

What I don't get is everyone I've heard talk about him today has said they had no idea there were any problems. He always seemed so happy & willing to help anyone in need. Yet when he needed help he didn't let anybody know. I don't get it.:sad:

Like Wade Belak. By all accounts, the happiest guy around.
He kept his demons deep as well. Until one day...
