I mean, sometimes a hole-in-one is pretty lucky where the ball takes a crazy hop off a sprinkler head or a rake that's lying beside a bunker. And then you have a pure one like the above.

I've played more than 4000 par 3s in my life. More than 3000 of them as a (+2)-5 handicap. I've hung 4 balls over the edge (less than a revolution away from an ace) but never had a hole in one.

I know a guy who has never been lower than a 18 handicap who has roughly the same amount of games as me and has 3. You have to make good shots but sometimes the bounces just don't go your way.

Just keep hitting it pure like Hadwin did and one'll go in.

He was one of the best ball strikers on tour, just like Corey Connors, the flat stick is where he struggled. Also being a Flames fan gives him high marks in my book :D
I'll overlook that character flaw as his beer is pretty darned good

You know, it would be refreshing if even one of these guys joining the LIV tour said, "Yeah, I joined for the big payday". You don't have to say you're doing it for your family, we're not dummies lol

best one I've heard is "we're doing it to open up the game of golf for the rest of the players, and future players coming up"
way to go, Rosa Parks.

this was fun though

They've already answered that question through their actions though. The Saudi regime is every bit as bad as Putin's.

Is it just me or does it look like Phil has been dipping into DJ's stash?
