One more thing IPW. You now have a center and two wingers. When do you start working on the two d-men and goalie? ;)

Wish you and yours well, IPW. Try a boy eventually, they are easier to raise.

Thank you to all my online friends on here for the well wishes. (and 4706 I guess)

What a long day it was, but it was all worth it. My daughter was born at 9:35am and was 20 inches long weighing 7.3 lbs. Out of everyone who took a guess, I was the closest with picking 7.4 lbs. (No lotto numbers for anyone but me)

Even though this is my 3rd daughter in the past 5 years, it felt like it was the first time all over again. It is just so hard to explain what it feels like to look at your newborn child for the first time, and hold her in your arms. I'm not ashamed to admit I cried, but will deny it if any of you fuckers say anything. :)

And as strange at it may sound, there is nothing better than that new baby smell. My wife is recovering well since she had to have another c-section, and I can't wait to head back up there to see them. My other daughters were so excited to see their new baby sister, and it made me the happiest and proudest person in the word.

I was also glad that one of the nurses enjoyed my type of humor, because I was throwing out one liners all day long. :D

Awesome! I'm excited to see my first kids reaction too. She already tells the baby secrets through her momma's belly, It's a riot! Her first secret to the new baby was "Everybody poops!" :D

Have a good one and puff that chest out, you proud papa, you!

My daughter just turned 4 months old and it is the coolest thing watching her see things for the first time. I never realized it would be as cool as it is, enjoy it!

I am constantly amazed every single day myself.

Folks say that all of our childrens habits are learned from their parents over time.....I call bullshit. Each and everyone of my kids came out of the womb already exhibiting personality traits of either my wife or myself. Yes, I know...what we do in our everyday lives affects their overall behavior, but the things I've seen couldn't have been learned yet because those things didn't happen yet.

I love every second of it.

Long trip to the hospital

More like trips to the hospital.

Since my wife had a c-section, she has to stay in the hospital until Tuesday. I have made probably about 15 trips to the hospital from home since Friday morning, as well as driving to other places. I have to balance seeing my newborn daughter and wife in the hospital, while trying to take care of my other two daughters at home.

If I'm not taking the girls up to the hospital with me, I have to make arrangements to have someone watch them till I get back. Not too mention having to take care of all the house chores and duties as well.

Busy, busy, busy.

Oh, let them stay home by themselves. My parents left me home by myself all the time and I turned out okay.

Then again, my brother didn't. I remember one time, when we were about 7 years old, I started beating the hell out of him because he wouldn't let me play Nintendo, so he tried to get away via my mother's car. Drove the damn thing right through the neighbor's garage door, severely maiming a cat in the process. The poor kid damaged his arm so bad he had to throw away a promising little league career. It still isn't fully functional to this day.

Okay, I lied. I don't have a brother. It was my sister. And she was the one beating me up. And I didn't injure a cat, it was an elderly women. I don't know if I wrecked the car because I couldn't see over the dashboard or because my parents left the liquor cabinet unlocked. Probably a combination of both.

What was I saying? Oh yeah. Your girls will be fine. No use in spending money on a babysitter.
