mostly, what I've seen is that it's really spread around. people will have favourite players from childhood or whatever that will determine what team they follow.

overlying that, it's probably split up as per geography.
BC tends to follow the SeaHawks, I' sure some folks in the prairies gravitate to Minnesota, Indi or even Green Bay, and parts of Ontario are closer to Buffalo than parts of NY State.
