The most angry my child had ever been with me was when she was acting like a dick with her iPhone (constantly on it, ignoring her grandparents during visits, using the phone when she should have been sleeping, etc).

After temporary band had no effect, we took away the phone and replaced it with an old call and text only flip phone. The kind where if you wanted to type the letter 's', you needed to press 7 four times.

It was hilarious

thank god my inlaws (especially FIL) are early adopters and my kids get their iphone handmedowns ... although it sucks that my wife and I have older phone versions than our kids lol

I must be doing something wrong, I recently traded with my eldest daughter my 2012 Ford Escape for her 2004 Chevy Cavalier that she got from my father-in-law for free.
