try as i did, only springsteen i ever liked was the ghost of tom joad.tom morello was great on it.On this date in 1995, Bruce Springsteen won three Grammy awards for the song 'Philadelphia' - Song of the Year, Best Male Vocal Performance, and Best Rock Song - Good tune and movie.
my sisters played me the beatles mostly.i got into hard rock at 14 in 77.mostly zeppelin, sabbath and rush.I don't know how or why my older sisters developed a taste for hard rock, but they had various Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, and Judas Priest albums that I played on her record player. I was indoctrinated early lol
Hey @dash , I know you are a hugely fan, have you heard this one yet? Tom Morello played it on his show the other day and its been stuck in my head since.
Lol I disagree.... it's terriblelol - It's not terrible, but in my opinion, it pales in comparison to Joe Jackson's version (which I believe @puckhead posted earlier in this thread).

A buddy of mine worked on one of her tours a few years ago, and got me great seats for her show. Like row 5ish right in the middle. How about some Norah Jones as a palate cleanser - Really like this song and she has a beautiful voice.
he disappeared fast.Since we were discussing Joe Jackson yesterday, how about a deeper Joe Jackson cut?
not sure how to feel about this
also I still cant stand Lars
