Well, if you sign up you'd be able to see what the league value scoring is. It's not rocket science.

1 tackles = 1 pt.
1 assist = .5 pt.
1 sack = 3 pts.
1 INT = 3 pts.
1 FR = 3 pts.
1 FF = 2 pts.
DEF TD = 6 pts.
safety = 2 pts.
PD = 1 pt.
blocked kick = 2 pts.

You do the math.

Maybe not Rocket Science, but definitely FF science. Either way Ill just stick to FF for Dummies. Pick one whole defense and go from there.
