Lynch looked like crap last night. I think Spiller and Jackson should be the one and two top backs.

BTW. I don't like Edwards but he had a great pre season. Lets see what happens when the bullets fly for real.

Yeah, we finally can put points on the board, but our defense still sucks. And with our schedule, I'm thinkin' 4-5 wins tops.

edwards has shown flashes at many points in his career. remember that 4-0 start just 2 years ago? he looked fantastic, then he got hurt and wasn't the same. jauron was a big hinderence on the club and i do think if the d is healthy (esp poz) we can do some real damage.

my only true worries are health and of course the O line.

the past 2 years neither has fallen into place. i like gailey a lot so far. and while i questioned the pick of spiller, seeing him more i LOVE that pick.

i'm torn between believing there really is hope this year or believing it will be dismal.

my tentative prediction is if the d and o line stay healthy they will both suprise a lot of people and we will put up more that 6 wins.

I honestly feel the playoffs are a long shot and I agree injuries have destroyed this teams the last two years. 19 men on IR two years ago and 20 last year. The most in the NFL.

It will take time for the O line to form chemistry and the transition to the 3-4 defense will also take time. There are a few players on defense playing new position's and that doesn't help.

What might work in the Bills favor is there is a lot of uncertainty in the AFC east. The Pats have holes on defense now and IMO people are trumping up the Jets a bit too much. Miami is another team that it's difficult to predict how they will end up.

It will be interesting and I hope the Bills prove me wrong by making the playoffs.
