A couple adopted a German Baby. As he grown into a toddler, everything seems normal. He is happy, healthy, smart but there is an issue. he doesn't talk.

They take him to specialist doctors for years to see why, spend tons of money on strategies and therapy and nothing is identified as an issue. But he still doesn't talk. He is growing normally, takes tests and passes them. Gets along well at school, they are baffled.

Then, at his sixth birthday, they give him an apple strudel, and he says "This apple strudel is tepid".

Parents are stunned and ask if he has been able to talk this whole time. "Of course"

"Well why didn't you?"

"Until now, everything has been satisfactory"
